A MAJORITY OF THE RIDERS ARE CLASSIFIED AS LOW-INCOME, HANDICAPPED OR ELDERLY. WITHOUT THIS SERVICE MANY INDIVIDUALS WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LIVE IN THEIR OWN HOMES, WORK, SEE A DOCTOR OR ATTEND AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. THE AGENCY IS A DEMAND-RESPONSE, DOOR-TO-DOOR TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER, PLUS OPERATES DEVIATED-FIXED ROUTES IN A FEW SMALL TOWNS, AS WELL AS INTERCITY EXPRESS ROUTES.
