ZICHRON CHAIM INC., DBA RUACH CHAIM, IS A PUBLIC BENEFIT NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. SPECIFICALLY IT WAS FORMED IN ORDER TO OPERATE A SUMMER CAMP FOR RELIGIOUS TEENS IN JUNIOR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF PROVIDING AN AFFORDABLE CAMPING EXPERIENCE.
