Core Leadership Program in Sustainable Agriculture
Core Leadership Program - 48 young adults participated in our Core Leadership Program. Over a 51/2 months long period, they practiced sustainable agriculture, developed community leadership skills, learned about local and regional food systems, and increased food access for local residents and organizations. Advanced Leadership Program - 15 young adults participated in our Advanced Leadership Program as Crew Leaders and Assistance Crew Leaders. Over a 10-month period, they deepened their facilitation skills and knowledge of sustainable agriculture, community leadership, and food systems. Seed Project - 12 young adults increased fresh food access for local organizations.
