THE FOUNDATION SHALL HAVE AND EXERCISE ALL POWERS AND AUTHORITY GRANTED BY LAW, AND MAY ENGAGE IN ANY LAWFUL ACTIVITY WITHIN THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH NON PROFIT CORPORATIONS MAY BE ORGANIZED UNDER SD LAW.
