THE BADGER AIR COMMUNITY COUNCIL, INC.'S (BACC) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO ALL WISCONSIN NATIONAL GUARD SOLDIERS AND AIRMEN, BUT FOCUSING ON THOSE AIRMEN SERVING IN THE 115TH FIGHTER WING. SPECIFICALLY, THE BACC WILL STRIVE TO ENHANCE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CIVILIAN COMMUNITY AND THE 115TH FIGHTER WING THROUGH BASE VISITS, MEETINGS, ACTIVITIES, AND OTHER COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATION EXCHANGES. THE BACC WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE 115TH FIGHTER WING AND WISCONSIN NATIONAL GUARD COMMANDERS ON ISSUES THAT MAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IMPACT THE MISSION OF THE 115TH FIGHTER WING AND THE AFFECTED CIVILIAN COMMUNITY. THIS SUPPORT REQUIRES BACC AWARENESS OF TRUAX FIELD AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITY ISSUES, AS WELL AS MAINTAINING LINKS TO LOCAL COMMUNITY LEADERS.
