Included with the Application are Financial Statements, Board of Directors List, Form 990, Federal Identification number, organzational chart and an annual report if applicable.

Submission deadlines
Submissions are year round
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

Grants are restricted to provide progams to K-12 students in art education.
