We provided $600,000 to a research program at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland and $529,010 to the Childrens Hospital of Orange County (CA). The research seeks to create a treatment for the rare disease, Leukodystrophy - LBSL. This years research continued building cells with disease attributes, testing therapeutics, and a natural history study with a sample of known patients.
