Our sole and distinctive program is providing medical care to all in the community in need of medical care from a primary care doctor. We perform well visits, sick visits, referring to labs when necessary, administer vaccines and etc. We see patients of all ages, regardless of ability to pay. Provided 11,635 patient visits during the year.
