Memory & Movement Charlotte
Charlotte Neuroscience Foundation (DBA Memory & Movement Charlotte) is a non-profit medical practice that offers treatment and support to patients and their families battling Alzheimers Disease, Parkinsons Disease, and related disorders. Using a time-and-attention model, Memory & Movement Charlotte is devoted to meeting the medical, safety and behavioral needs of patients and develops a patient-centric care plan as a roadmap to address every aspect of the patients needs. In concert with patient care, caregivers receive continuing education, time to ask questions and express concern throughout the caregiving journey.
