One Tree Planted is on a global reforestation mission to reforest our planet and provide education, awareness and engagement on the importance of trees in our ecosystem. The organisation makes it easy for people to understand the importance of trees and the impact they have on biodiversity, ecosystems and climate change and gives them the ability to easily plant a tree in an area that needs support. IN 2023, ONE TREE PLANTED CONTINUED TO LEAD GLOBAL EFFORTS IN REFORESTATION BY PLANTING MILLIONS OF TREES ACROSS URBAN LANDSCAPES AND DEGRADED ECOSYSTEMS, RESTORING HABITATS, ENHANCING BIODIVERSITY, BUILDING CLIMATE RESILIENCE, AND EMPOWERING PEOPLE. OUR PROGRAMS EXTEND ACROSS MORE THAN 60 COUNTRIES, SUPPORTING LOCAL COMMUNITIES THROUGH SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS AND PARTNERSHIPS THAT INTEGRATE ECOLOGICAL HEALTH WITH ECONOMIC BENEFITS.
