APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE IN WRITTEN FORM AND INCLUDE THE AMOUNT REQUESTED, THE PROPOSED USE OF THE FUNDS, AND THE SOUGHT AFTER PUBLIC BENEFIT FROM THE USE OF THE FUNDS.

THE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED TO BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
