HAVING LAUNCHED OUR FIRST BUSINESS, WEST OAKLAND FARMS, ON OUR PROPERTY AT SEVENTH AND CAMPBELL STREETS IN WEST OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA, WE ARE CURRENTLY POSITIONED TO DEVELOP A COMPLEX THERE FOR OUR OTHER BUSINESSES AND APPROXIMATELY 80, 100% AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS.
