1. FELLOWSHIP: THE NATIONAL MEDAL OF HONOR CENTER FOR LEADERSHIP FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS EMPOWER YOUTH, COLLEGE STUDENTS, AND VETERANS TO GROW AS VALUES-DRIVEN CIVIC LEADERS AT EVERY STAGE OF LIFE. ROOTED IN THE MEDAL OF HONOR VALUES OF COURAGE, INTEGRITY, COMMITMENT, SACRIFICE, CITIZENSHIP, AND PATRIOTISM, THE FELLOWSHIPS PROVIDE STRUCTURED TRAINING, MENTORSHIP, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR REAL-WORLD IMPACT. THE JUNIOR FELLOWSHIP ENGAGES HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN IMMERSIVE BOOTCAMPS, MONTHLY LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES, AND CAPSTONE SERVICE PROJECTS THAT BUILD RESPONSIBILITY AND CIVIC COMMITMENT. THE EMERGING LEADERS FELLOWSHIP EQUIPS COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH ADVANCED LEADERSHIP TRAINING THROUGH INNOVATION LABS, STRUCTURED MENTORSHIP, CAREER DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT, AND OPPORTUNITIES TO REPRESENT NMOHCFL AT REGIONAL AND NATIONAL EVENTS. THE VETERANS FELLOWSHIP HONORS MILITARY SERVICE BY PREPARING VETERANS FOR IMPACTFUL CIVIC LEADERSHIP THROUGH TAILORED SEMINARS, TRANSITION PLANNING, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROJECTS.
