    In 2023, SRW brought a landmark lawsuit against J.R. Simplot for unpermitted pollution by its 150,000 head cattle operation in Grand View, Idaho; worked with the Nez Perce tribe to restore salmon and steelhead habitat using SEP funds from its Idaho Power case, joined as amici at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in support of the Shoshone Bannock Tribe's opposition to BLM and J.R. Simplots attempted land swap to dispose of nuclear and phosphate mining waste on Reservation lands, hosted its SWIM Guide app for the 8th year, and organized an annual river cleanup.
