TO SUPPORT GREENWOOD STUDENTS, TEACHERS, STAFF AND ADMINISTRATORS THROUGH FUNDING INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ACADEMIC ENDEAVORS. 2. TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR SUCH ADDITIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS ARE RELATED TO AND SUPPORTIVE OF THE CURRICULAR AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES OF GREENWOOD COMMUNITY SCHOOLS. 3. TO ENGAGE IN ALL ACTIVITIES NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE SOLICITATION OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONTRIBUTION FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SOURCES WHEREVER LOCATED.
