Signed letter including the following information: nature of the program, objectives, targeted population, amount of grant requested, period the grant will cover, date when application is submitted, and a budget, if applicable.

Grants are awarded only to organizations for programs and projects benefiting: (I) educational programs, activities, scholarships and endowments (particularly for those between the ages of 3 to 10), (II) scientific research and development services, and (III) programs that promote literary, artistic, and/or religious causes.
