(E) TO SUPPORT ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF GOVERNMENT FOR THE STATE OF MICHIGAN. (F) TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE CAUSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT.
