THE PURPOSE OF NNH QALICB IS TO BE ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, RELIGIOUS, OR SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE IRC OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"), AND TO EXCLUSIVELY SUPPORT AND BENEFIT, FINANCIALLY AND/OR OPERATIONALLY, NORTHERN NEVADA HIV OUTPATIENT PROGRAM, EDUCATION AND SERVICES EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAXATION UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE.
