For Path2Freedom, 2022 was a year of new beginings- 3 new board members were added, new full time house mentors started after a yearlong search, new repairs and upgrades to the Magnolia Safe House Property after the tornado of Decemember 2021 and Hurricane Ian in 2022, the first survivor to graduate from our Magnolia House High School, and our first deaf survivor served. Through the end of 2022, Path2Freedom has served 16 survivors and provided over 3,250 safe nights rest.In July of 2022 Path2Freedom welcomed new house mentors, Dr Chuch and Melanie Betters to the Magnolia House Family. Chuck has over 30 years of pastoral experience and Melanie has over 20 years of experience in home schooling. Having these exceptional leaders is critical to our family first model of care for our survivors in their roles as "parents" in the home providing a sense of safety and stablility. Their hearts for the girls and Path2Freedom's mission is evident in everything they do. Also in the summer of 2022, Path2Freedom was proud to honor its first Magnolia House High School Graduate. Through the generous support of donors and staff, she attended the National Student Leadership Conference High School Summer Forensic Science Program in Washington DC. This supported her interest in law enforcement and forensic science to help other children like herself.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2022 – Dec 31, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$790K
