The Foundation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out and support the general charitable purposes of Alamo Trust, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation. The foundation fundraises for the Alamo Shrine, development of long-range planning for the alamo complex and adjacent surrounding of the current alamo footprint.
