Provided housing, educational and life skills support to 84 youth who are progressing in their education. In 2020 25 youth graduated and some are still in school. Host also provided local outreach. Covid relief funds to assist youth and families (with children in highschool) at risk of homelessness to provide remedies in bill paying to prevent homelessness during covid. Provided homeless/case management services to eliminate barriers in living and in education. In 2023 149 students across three counties were assisted by the Host program with case management services. Of that 149 students 9 graduated, 2 were still in GED programs to complete diplomas and 4 returned to the 2023/2024 school year. Of the remaining 134 students all were potentially able to be serviced by management support or fully as Host participants.
