THE FIGHT BACK FUND WILL DEVELOP AND EXECUTE MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATION CAMPAIGNS DESIGNED TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC WITH REGARD TO LABOR AND INFRASTRUCTURE ISSUES.
