THE AUXILIARY WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE MOBILE INFIRMARY ASSOCIATION, AN EXEMPT ORGANIZATION QUALIFIED WITH THE I.R.S. ALL DISBURSEMENTS THAT ARE MADE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE AUXILIARY'S CHARITABLE PROGRAMS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MOBILE INFIRMARY ASSOCIATION.
