Gold Award Ceremony: Medals are earned by youth between the ages of 14 and 23 years of age. It represents more than 4,000 hours of volunteer time through self improvement education and physical fitness. Salaries allocated to the program are for specific mentoring, research and overall support to more than 27,000 youths, their guides and coaches.
