SHOWS & MEETINGS - THE VISION COUNCIL SHOWS & MEETINGS DEPARTMENT INCREASES EXHIBITOR RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI) AND SATISFACTION LEVELS, CAPTURES MARKET SHARE, AND CONTINUES TO IMPROVE ATTENDEE SATISFACTION LEVELS. THE VISION COUNCIL REDUCED OR SUSPENDED NUMEROUS ACTIVITIES DURING 2020 AS A RESULT OF THE CANCELLATION OF TWO TRADE SHOWS AND THE RESULTANT LOSS OF REVENUE (APPROXIMATELY $9M). THESE ACTIONS WERE TAKEN TO MITIGATE THE LOSS OF REVENUE, WERE TEMPORARY IN NATURE, AND WE ARE STARTING TO RAMP UP OR REINSTATE THESE PROGRAMS AS WE RECOVER REVENUE IN 2021.
