Transitional Housing Program for homeless women and their young children: Features hope house and faith house. Hope House provides housing, 24-hour supervision and wrap-around supportive services (supportive counseling, education and employment program with parenting, life skills and financial literacy classes and an on-site childcare center). Faith house provides housing and the same services as hope home in a less structured setting in order to assist residents as they transition into the community.
