    The Youth Program, comprised of the After School Learning Immersion Program and Summer Promise, provides year-round out-of-school time support for youth in the densest concentration of poverty in the City of Richmond. The focus of the program is academic growth; Peter Paul achieves this through required attendance, small classrooms, high-quality teachers and program assistants, individualized instruction and tutoring, and opportunities to participate in enrichment experiences.
