CHIP OF VIRGINIA PROVIDES TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, EVALUATION, QUALITY ASSURANCE, PUBLIC RELATIONS AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT TO FULFILL OUR LEGISLATIVE MANDATE TO DEVELOP, EXPAND AND OPERATE THE CHIP NETWORK OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS.
