ALL RISE FOR JUSTICE SEEKS TO REDUCE SUBSTANCE ABUSE, CRIME AND RECIDIVISM BY PROMOTING AND ADVOCATING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNDING OF DRUG COURTS AND PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND MUTUAL SUPPORT TO ASSOCIATION MEMBERS.
