TO INCREASE THE AVAILABLE RESOURCES AND ENHANCE TEH EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF CHARITABLE SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY. TO DEVELOP, SUPPORT AND ENHANCE COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR THE EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF CHARITABLE RESOURCES.
