The all-volunteer Board of Directors has 13 members and meets bi-monthly. Two Board Members are former OIC Wilson trainees. Experience: OIC Wilson has successfully administered state, federal and local awards within the scope of education, vocational education, workforce development, including services to offenders, veterans, homeless populations and the unemployed. We enjoy a 28+ year history of clean audits. The program enjoys strong community support, including support from our OIC Wilson alumni base.
