Lower Cape Fear Hospice and LifeCareCenter (LCFH and LCC) provide professional health care and comfort to people with life limiting illnesses and offer hope, support, and education. LCFH focuses on the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families during illness, death, and bereavement. Through end-of-life hospice care, transitional programs and services, and community outreach, LCFH and LCC strive to help its community members live their lives well, however short or long their lives may be.
