WE DEVELOP PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS WITH COMMUNITY PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES AND OFFERS EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF HEALTH AND FIGHTING THE INJUSTICES OF THE INEQUITIES OF HEALTH IN THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY.
