TO ALLOCATE AND BUDGET ALL FUND-RAISING PROCEEDS ACCORDING TO THE NEEDS OF LOCAL, NATIONAL AND OVERSEAS INSTITUTIONS THAT MEET THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE COLUMBIA JEWISH FOUNDATION. 3. TO PLAN AND DIRECT SERVICES AND PROGRAMS IN THE AREAS OF ENDOWMENT DEVELOPMENT, COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, PUBLIC RELATIONS, COMMUNICATION, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS IN THE GENERAL COMMUNITY.
