Free Health Care Services for Underserved
Community Advanced Practice Nurses, Inc. is a non-profit free clinic for individuals who have little to no access to health care in metropolitan Atlanta. CAPN provides free-of-charge health care services to Atlanta's homeless, uninsured, and low income population. The clinic places special emphasis on serving women, children and youth. CAPN offers a broad range of health care services including immunizations, well- and sick- care, family planning, patient education, free prescription and over the counter medications, case management, acute ambulatory care, referrals, and mental health care.
