Meal Service Program
Meal Service Program: Prepare and deliver nutritious meals to homebound residents five days a week. Clients pay for services on a sliding scale based on income. In 2022, we provided 175,548 meals to 1,219 clients; 70% of clients received our Meal Service Program free of charge. Pet Love Program: Assist homebound clients with cat and dog food and some well care veterinarian services. For seniors living alone, their pet may be the closest companion and one of their only sources of consistent comfort. Pets play a very important role in the life of a homebound older adult, providing social connection and enhancing their physical and mental health and well-being.
