TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, WE WORK WITH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGENCIES, THE COURTS, POLICYMAKERS, AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN RESOURCES THAT WILL SUPPORT CHILDREN AND FAMILIES. THROUGH THE EFFORTS AND INVOLVEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY, WE ARE ABLE TO KEEP CHILDREN SAFE AND BUILD STRONG FAMILIES. SOME OF THE VARIOUS SERVICES THAT CPFC PROVIDES INCLUDE: CASE MANAGEMENT, ADOPTION, OUT OF HOME CARE, INDEPENDENT LIVING, DIVERSION, AND FAMILY COACHING.
