Nonprofit Leadership Development
We believe in the power of nonprofits to create lasting change through skilled leadership and continuous learning. Our mission is to develop confident leaders who advance effective and sustainable nonprofits, strengthening the Tampa Bay community. Through specialized training, cohort-based learning, our annual conference, and coaching programs, we equip nonprofit professionals and board members at every level with the knowledge and tools to drive impact. Thanks to our fund partners, we make high-quality professional development and leadership programming accessible, reducing the average cost per student $288 to just $89 per four-hour class for example, ensuring more leaders can invest in their growth and success. (Contiued on Schedule O)In 2024, we offered 3,743 student learning experience to 2,191 unique students serving 554 unique organizations. Programs are delivered in-person in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco (in 2024) counties or virtually, led by industry experts. Our training is highly rated, averaging 4.8 out of 5, and we measure success through student attendance, participant satisfaction, and nonprofit engagement in capacity-building initiatives.
