The primary purpose of the Baptist Health Foundation Lexington is to promote philanthropy and charitable giving to provide resources to assist, advance, and strengthen Baptist Health Lexington, a hospital owned and operated by Baptist Healthcare System, Inc., in fulfilling the mission of the hospital and Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. providing for the region's health needs. Baptist Health Lexington provides medically necessary care to all patients regardless of race, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age or ability to pay. Donations made to Baptist Health Lexington are used to support patient care and capital needs of Baptist Health Lexington.
