Program 1 [2020]
2020 Programming accomplishments included our annual, flagship mentoring program focused on using mentoring as a tool for creating inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces. In 2020 we paired 104 participants for mentorships of director level and below with senior level outdoor industry leaders. Building Blocks of DEI was a new program introduced in 2020. A "Block-by-Block" journey toward a more high-performing, inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces. Each building block consists of three parts - a guide, a podcast, and a tool. These elements are designed to create ongoing, actionable learning modules that can be completed at your own pace. Camber also launched The Camber Survey System which was developed in partnership with a University Partner. The two-part survey, which consists of an Organizational Workplace Survey and Employee Survey, was designed and administered to uphold the rigor, integrity, and reliability of the workplace survey process. The results of the Survey are provided exclusively to Camber partners who participate in the Camber Survey System.
