TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE ALABAMA THEATRE AND OTHER HISTORIC BUILDINGS (SUCH AS THE LYRIC THEATRE) THAT MAY BE IN DANGER OF NEGLECT OR DEMOLITION AND TO FIND A USE FOR THESE BUILDINGS THAT WILL ENRICH THE LIVES OF ALABAMA CITIZENS AND THEIR DECENDANTS.
