THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO INCREASE PHILANTHROPY BY MAKING GRANTS TO WORTHY CAUSES WITH A CONTINUED FOCUS ON YOUTH, EDUCATION AND THE CULTURAL ARTS, PROVIDING DONOR SERVICES; WHILE PROMOTING AND PROVIDING LEADERSHIP IN RESPONSE TO THE GULF COAST REGION'S CHANGING NEEDS.
