The Food Fight Program
Neighbors 4 Neighbors and our board member, Ashley O. from 104.3 The Shark have been working hard to take a bite out of food insecurity in South Florida. We started by paying off the Broward School Lunch debt and have now taken the Food Fight on the road to help students and their families get nutritious food through mobile pantries like The Mobile School Pantry. Our program mission is simple: to provide nutritious, healthy grocery items to students and families in low-income communities. The Food Fight provides a way for families to be healthier, affording them the ability to achieve overall wellness and health. In 2022 alone, we were able to provide $30,580 in support to mobile pantries in our community.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2022 – Dec 31, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$30.6KBack-to-School Supply Drive
