(4) SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES (SSVF), PROVIDING A RANGE OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE VETERAN FAMILIES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO PROMOTE HOUSING STABILITY AMOUNG VERY-LOW INCOME VETERAN FAMILIES WHO RESIDE IN OR ARE TRANSITIONING TO PERMANENT HOUSING, AS WELL AS VETERANS AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS.
