Cuba Medical Mission Program
Cuba Ministry Teams: Five medical mission teams served clinical patients and worked with local national doctors providing medical and dental services, medicine and eyeglasses. Additionally, bicycles were donated. United Servants Abroad provided ongoing support for three greenhouses complete with wells and irrigation equipment to farmers who work in cooperation with churches to feed the needy and elderly in Cuba. This program included many farm hand tools. Equipment to mill food was also provided to prepare for human and animal consumption. In 2023 United Servants Abroad in cooperation with a church and medical doctor is providing a mini pharmacy for a rural area of Cuba. The pharmacies in Cuba have little to no medicine. We are providing a wide variety of prescription medicine to area of 10,000 people. The doctor writes a prescription for his patient and the patient takes it to our pharmacy which is located at a church. For the first time in years prescription medicine is being provided to people of all ages in the area.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2023 – Dec 31, 2023Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$241.9KCCB Bible Institute Support
