HOME - The organization helps families and individuals avoid homelessness by providing legal services to prevent unlawful evictions and negotiate with landlords. A full range of legal services are available including preparation of pleadings, in court representation and settlement negotiation. SAFE - DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION SERVICESThe Organization helps adult and elder victims and children of domestic violences and civil harassment by providing legal advice and protective orders which help keep them safe and sheltered. Assistance includes legal forms preparation, counsel and advice, court representation, and referrals to other legal and non-legal resources in the community. DISASTER RELIEF - The Organization provides legal assistance to families and individual affected by the October 2017 and October 2019 wildfires, the February 2019 flooding, and Covid-19 related issues in Sonoma County, California.The Organization provided services to 74 clients in house and to hundreds of FIRE victims at the FEMA Local Assistance Center (LAC) and at workshops and clinics during the year.
