NAMI Mental Health Support Programs
NAMI Sonoma County helps individuals and families affected by mental illness to build a better quality of life by providing education, support, awareness, and advocacy.In the year ending 6/30/2025, our programs and services provided: 860 First-Time Warmline Callers provided with one-to-one 1:1 information, support and resource referrals 1,800 Total Warmline Calls, including follow-ups 90 Families Supported after Mental Health Crisis, on referral from the countys Mobile Crisis Support Team 107 Family Support Groups Offered to Community 920 Family Members Attended a Family Support Group 97 Connection Recovery Support Groups Offered to Community Members living with Mental Health Challenges 1,290 Adults with Mental Health Challenges Attended a Connection Support Group 3 NAMI Family-to-Family Classes (22.50 hours per class), an education program for family members supporting a loved one with serious mental illness 32 Family Members fully completed the Family-to-Family education program 1 NAMI Peer-to-Peer Class (total of 18.00 hours per class), an education program for adults living with mental health challenges 5 Adults experiencing mental health challenges completed the Peer-to-Peer program 20 New NAMI Program Leaders certified to lead NAMI education and/or support programs after completing two-day trainings 22 Mental Health Presentations for community organizations and schools 16 QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Trainings for community members 252 Individuals Completed QPR Gatekeeper Training 12 Monthly E-Newsletters 2,800 E-News Subscribers Held 2nd Annual NAMIWALKS Sonoma County Awareness Event in Santa Rosa, featuring 8 community leaders speaking on mental health in our community, 21 community organizations sharing resources, and 200+ attendeesGeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2024 – Jun 30, 2025Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$361.1K
