Following the sale of the Napa Valley Opera House in 2021, the organization changed its name to Napa Valley Presents to reflect a new program direction as a funder for local performing arts. Additionally, the board adopted a new set of articles of incorporation, bylaws, and hired a part-time Executive Director to begin in March 2023. The inaugural grant program was also launched with a public call for letters of intent in December 2022. Following a competitive grant application process, the organization anticipates funds to be awarded to 15 projects in the Spring of 2023.
