Program 1 [2020]
In 2020 Meridian Health Foundation continued to focus on its primary mission of creating and funding programs that assist young people to become empowered and contribute to the betterment of their society. Meridian's collaborators and funds helped support multi-day, overnight camps that provided training for youth improving their academic capacities and give them tools to serve their community through various service project experiences. In addition, this year board members volunteered to organize training seminars to work with middle and high school aged teenagers and accompany them in forming service learning groups. Additional seminars were held to learn about methods forimplementation of social action for facilitators of the service learning group.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2020 – Dec 31, 2020Source990No causes providedNo populations provided––Youth Empowerment and Community Development
