NCWIT ENCOURAGES ITS MEMBERS TO UNDERTAKE INSTITUTIONAL CHANGE WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATIONS, AND OUR WORK PROVIDES THEM WITH THE TOOLS AND SUPPORT TO BE CHANGE AGENTS.
